Eclair Dessert

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - water
  2. 1/2 cups - margarine
  3. 1 cups - flour
  4. 4 - eggs
  5. 2 packages - small French vanilla pudding mix
  6. 2 1/2 cups - milk
  7. 9 ounces - container Cool Whip
  8. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  9. 1/2 - large Hershey bar
  10. 3 tablespoons - butter
  11. 3 tablespoons - milk
  12. 1 cups - sifted powdered sugar
  13. 1 teaspoons - vanilla

Directions:

Heat water and margarine to boiling. Add flour; stir about 1 minute until forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs one at a time, beating with electric mixer until smooth.

Grease a round pizza pan and spoon mixture into a round shape on pan. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown at 400 degrees F.

Cool on wire rack. Cut in half and scoop out center and fill.

For Filling: Mix vanilla pudding with milk as package directs. Fold in 3/4 of Cool Whip and vanilla.

For Frosting: Melt Hershey bar with butter and milk over low heat. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
