Easy Texas Brisket

Ingredients:

  1. 5 pounds - beef brisket
  2. 1 tablespoons - salt
  3. 1 tablespoons - black pepper
  4. 1 tablespoons - garlic salt
  5. 2 tablespoons - Worchestershire sauce
  6. 2 tablespoons - Liquid Smoke
  7. 1/4 cups - lime juice
  8. 1/4 cups - water

Directions:

Place brisket on large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, inside of shallow baking pan. Mix salt, pepper, garlic salt, Worchestershire sauce and Liquid Smoke together. Rub mixture on all sides of brisket. Wrap meat completely and marinate overnite. Mix lime juice and water. Pour on meat and rewrap. Bake in 325 oven for 4-5 hours. Drain juices and fat. Slice or shred meat and serve.
