Easy Stove Top Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces - elbow macaroni
  2. 1/4 cups - butter
  3. 1/4 cups - flour
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1 dashes - black pepper
  6. 2 cups - milk
  7. 2 cups - cheddar cheese, shredded 8 oz.

Directions:

1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.

2. While macaroni cooks, in a separate medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Then slowly add milk and stir.

3. Cook and stir until bubbly.

4. Stir in cheese until melted.

5. Drain macaroni; add to cheese sauce and stir to coat.
