Easy Sesame Hoisin Salmon

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - hoisin sauce
  2. 1 tablespoons - brown sugar
  3. 1 tablespoons - reduced-sodium soy sauce
  4. 1 tablespoons - rice vinegar
  5. 2 teaspoons - toasted sesame oil
  6. 1 teaspoons - grated ginger
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - crushed red pepper
  8. 4 - salmon fillets (6 oz. each)
  9. - cooking spray
  10. 1/4 teaspoons - kosher salt
  11. 2 tablespoons - sliced green onions

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Combine hoisin sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and crushed red pepper in a bowl.

Place salmon fillets in a baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt.

Pour sauce over salmon. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, basting occasionally.

Sprinkle with sliced green onions.
