Easy & Quick Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - 16-0z can Peaches
  2. 1/2 cups - Water
  3. - Sugar, to taste
  4. - Cinnamon
  5. - Oleo
  6. 1 teaspoons - Lemon juice
  7. slices - Bread

Directions:

1. Cook together drained canned peaches, water, sugar to taste and cinnamon to taste. Add 1 T oleo and 1 tsp lemon juice. Let simmer for 5 min.

2. In separate pan melt butter. Add to peach mixture and stir thoroughly. Remove from heat and place in casserole.

3. Dip slices of bread in milk. Place bread on top of peach mixture and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot bread w/ butter. Bake at 375 until bread gets toasty and crispy.
