Easy Pecan Rolls

  1. 1 loaves - Frozen bread thaw (2 hours)
  2. - Pecans
  3. 1 sticks - Butter
  4. 1 packages - Butterscotch pudding NOT instant
  5. 1 cups - Brown sugar


Slice bread in 1/4" and cut slices in half.

Butter baking sheet with 1" rim or a 1 quart pan. Sprinkle bottom of pan with pecans. Put bread slices over pecans.

Melt 1 stick of butter. Add package of butterscotch pudding and brown sugar. Pour over bread. Put in oven overnight.

Bake in the morning at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes. Serve.
