Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - 14 oz. Eagle Brand
  2. 3/4 cups - peanut butter
  3. 2 cups - biscuit baking mix
  4. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  5. - granulated sugar for dipping

Directions:

Beat sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand) and peanut butter until smooth.

Add biscuit mix and vanilla; mix well.

Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork.

Bake 6 to 8 minutes at 375 degrees F until light brown. Cool. Store tightly covered.
