Easy OREO Truffles

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies divided
  2. 1 packages - PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese 8oz, softened
  3. 2 packages - 8oz BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate melted
  4. 1 packages - OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies divided
  5. 1 packages - PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese 8oz, softened
  6. 2 packages - 8oz BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate melted

Directions:

1. Crush remaining 36 cookies to fine crumbs; place in medium bowl. (Leave 1/4-1/2 cup of crushed Oreo aside before cream cheese is added)
2. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended. Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Freeze for about 10min,
3. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place on wax paper-covered baking sheet. (Any leftover chocolate can be stored at room temperature for another use.) Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
4. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store leftover truffles, covered, in refrigerator.
