Easy Mashed Potatoes

  1. 8 - med potatoes red or brown
  2. - salt
  3. - pepper
  4. 3/4 cups - sour cream
  5. 1 sticks - butter


Slice potatoes in 1/4 in slices. Do not peel! Cook in a large covered saucepot in salted water. Cook until fork tender. Drain in a colander. Immediately place them back in pan over med heat. Mash with a potato masher. Add butter and sour cream. Season as desired with salt and pepper.
