Easy Fantasy Fudge

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cups - margarine or butter (OR soy butter)
  2. 2 1/2 cups - sugar
  3. 2/3 cups - evaporated milk (OR coconut milk, original flavor)
  4. 12 ounces - semi-sweet chocolate chips
  5. 1 jars - 7 oz. marshmallow creme (OR pkg of Enjoy Life brand dairy-free mini-marshmallows)
  6. 1 cups - nuts
  7. 1 teaspoons - vanilla

Directions:

Butter a 9-x-13-inch or 8-x-8-inch pan (depending on how thick you want the pieces to be).

Mix margarine, sugar and milk in 2-1/2 to 3-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly, or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees F.

Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into buttered pan to cool.
