This can be made earlier in the day and kept warm on "warm" setting in crockpot. Or if you prefer a baked dish, pour all finished ingredients into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups - cooked, diced chicken
- 1 packages - spaghetti noodles
- 1 cans - cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
- 1 cans - Rotel
- 1 packages - Velveeta, 8 oz
- 3 cups - chicken stock or broth
- - salt and pepper
Directions:
Cook spaghetti noodles in the chicken broth until done and drain. Save some of the broth for later.
Add soups, tomatoes, and 1/2 cup of reserved broth to cooked noodles (add more broth later if needed to desired consistency). Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
Stir in chicken, and add cheese. Simmer until the cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to taste.
