Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons - Flour
- 6 tablespoons - Sugar
- 6 tablespoons - Vegetable Oil not olive oil, a neutral oil
- 4 - Eggs
- 125 grams - Plain Yogurt
- 11 grams - Baking powder
- 7 grams - Vanilla sugar not mandatory if you don't have it
- 1 pinchs - Salt
- - your choice of flavor melted chocolate, vanilla, lemon, almond, ...
- 6 tablespoons - Flour
- 6 tablespoons - Sugar
- 6 tablespoons - Vegetable Oil not olive oil, a neutral oil
- 4 - Eggs
- 125 grams - Plain Yogurt
- 11 grams - Baking powder
- 7 grams - Vanilla sugar not mandatory if you don't have it
- 1 pinchs - Salt
- - your choice of flavor melted chocolate, vanilla, lemon, almond, ...
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Pour flour in a bowl, add sugar and oil. Stir.
Add eggs and mix well.
Then add yogurt, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Add your choice of flavor; be creative!
It could be melted chocolate (dark, milk, ...), or extracts (lemon, vanilla, almond, ...), or dry fruits, almond powder, fruits, ... Infinite combinations!
Pour your mix in a greased cake mold (use your favorite shape) and bake for 40 minutes at 375°F.
To check if the baking is finished, plunge a knife's blade in the center of the cake; it must be dry (or almost) when you take it out.
