Easy Brunswick Stew

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - 9oz frozen baby lima beans thawed
  2. 1 packages - 9 oz frozen corn thawed
  3. 6 tablespoons - brown sugar
  4. 1 teaspoons - salt
  5. 3 pounds - boneless pork shoulder roast Boston Butt
  6. 3 - potatoes, medium peeled and chopped
  7. 1 - large onion chopped
  8. 1 cans - crushed tomatoes 28 oz
  9. 1 bottles - barbecue sauce 18 oz
  10. 1 cans - chicken broth 14 oz

Directions:

Trim the roast and cut into 2 inch pieces.
Stir together all ingredients in a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or until potatoes are fork-tender.
Remove pork with a slotted spoon and shred.
Return shredded pork to slow cooker and stir well.
