Ingredients:
- 12 ounces - beer any kind, wheat is good, but don't spend a lot of money
- 3 cups - all-purpose flour
- 5 tablespoons - sugar
- 7 teaspoons - baking powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a loaf pan or spray with cooking spray. Mix together dry ingredients, add beer and stir till dry ingredients are fully incorporated. Spoon batter into loaf pan. Bake 35-40 minutes, until browned. Let bread sit for a few minutes after removing from the oven, then put it on a rack to cool completely.
