Easy, All-Day Meatloaf and Vegetables

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - large potatoes, cubed
  2. 6 - carrots, sliced
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  4. 1 1/2 pounds - ground beef
  5. 2 - eggs, beaten
  6. 3/4 cups - cracker crumbs
  7. 1/3 cups - ketchup
  8. 1/3 cups - finely chopped onions
  9. 3/4 teaspoons - salt
  10. 1/4 teaspoons - dried marjoram
  11. 1/4 teaspoons - black pepper

Directions:

Place potatoes and carrots in slow cooker. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and shape into loaf. Place loaf on top of vegetables, making sure that it doesn't touch sides of slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low for 10 hours.
