Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - flour heaping
  2. 1/2 cups - lard
  3. 2 - eggs
  4. - pepper
  5. - oregano
  6. - sugar
  7. - milk to form ball
  8. 1/2 containers - ricotta (32 oz)
  9. 2 - eggs
  10. - milk
  11. - asiago cheese ripped
  12. - chipped ham
  13. - breakfast sausage fried and chunked
  14. 3 - hard boiled eggs
  15. 1/2 containers - moz. balls mini
  16. - pepperoni
  17. - genoa salami (soppressata)
  18. 2 cups - flour heaping

  21. - pepper
  22. - oregano
  23. - sugar
  24. - milk to form ball
  25. 1/2 containers - ricotta (32 oz)
  26. 2 - eggs
  27. - milk
  28. - asiago cheese ripped
  29. - chipped ham
  30. - breakfast sausage fried and chunked
  31. 3 - hard boiled eggs
  32. 1/2 containers - moz. balls mini
  33. - pepperoni
  34. - genoa salami (soppressata)

Directions:

Use a deep dish foil pie plate. Makes enough for 2 pies, top and bottom.

Liquid will look like pancake batter.

Sprinkle pizza blend cheese, cover, egg wash, Parmesan, sprinkle cheese.
