East Indian Korma (fundraising dish)

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - finely chopped garlic
  2. 1 - medium onion diced
  3. 1 - green pepper diced
  4. 1 - red pepper diced
  5. 1 - yellow pepper diced
  6. 2 cups - diced or sliced mushrooms (preferably brown)
  7. 1 jars - President's Choice Korma
  8. 1/4 cups - table or coffee cream
  9. 1/2 - cooked chicken breast chopped
  10. 1 cups - jasmine rice for serving with
  11. - warmed Naan bread for serving with

Directions:

Combine garlic, onion, peppers and mushrooms with chicken in casserole dish with Korma, cream and chicken breast.

Place dish into 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes or until hot.

Meanwhile, prepare Jasmine rice using either water or coconut milk. Serve with warmed Naan bread.
