Dylan's Cooked Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

  1. - Olive oil, as needed
  2. 1 slices - Bacon Finely chopped
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Dehydrated garlic
  4. 6 cups - Fresh spinach
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - Seasoned salt
  6. - Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Drizzle olive oil into pan to coat bottom of pan.
2. Add bacon and cook until done. Add dry garlic, fresh spinach, seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
3. Mix as spinach is cooking on medium heat, turning with a spatula to keep from sticking to bottom. Cook only long enough to wilt all of the spinach.
