Dump Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - crushed pineapple 21 oz.
  2. 1 cans - cherry pie filling 20 oz.
  3. 1 packages - white cake mix
  4. 2 sticks - butter or margarine
  5. - small fistful of nuts
  6. - whipped cream or ice cream to serve with

Directions:

Butter the bottom of a 9-x-13-inch pan.

Dump crushed pineapple into pan and spread evenly. Dump cherry pie filling in and spread evenly over pineapple.

Dump cake mix right from the package over the pie filling. Slice sticks of butter into pats (medium slices) and arrange them evenly over cake mix.

Sprinkle nuts over mixture and bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.

Best served warm.
