Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons - salt
- 3 tablespoons - black pepper
- 4 tablespoons - MSG
- 4 tablespoons - garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons - ground bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons - paprika
- 4 tablespoons - dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons - ground cumin
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Store in an airtight container.
This should make about 2 pounds and should take care of about 25 chickens. Use heaping measures and do not skimp when you use it.
