Ingredients:
- 5 ounces - dried beef chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - seasoned salt
- 1 packages - Ranch dressing mix optional
- 2 packages - 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 6 - green onions chopped
Directions:
Reserve about a half cup of chopped dried beef.
In a separate medium bowl, combine remaining beef, cream cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt. Mix well and roll into a ball.
Roll the ball in the reserved chopped beef, coating the entire outside of the ball.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
