Double Fudge Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Butter
  2. 4 squares - Unsweetened Chocolate
  3. 2 cups - Sugar
  4. 1 1/2 cups - Flour
  5. 4 - Eggs
  6. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  7. 1 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  8. 2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  9. 1 cups - Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  10. 1/4 cups - Sugar
  11. 2 tablespoons - Butter
  12. 3 ounces - Cream Cheese
  13. 1 - Egg
  14. 1 tablespoons - Flour
  15. 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla

Directions:

Heat oven to 350F
In a 2 quart saucepan, combine butter and unsweetened chocolate. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until melted. In a separate bowl, combine salt, baking powder, vanilla, flour, sugar and eggs. Add chocolate mixture to bowl. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread half of batter into greased 13"x9" baking pan.

Filling:
In a small bowl, stir together all of the filling ingredients. Spread over brownie mixture in pan. Spoon remaining batter over cream cheese. (Batter will not entirely cover cream cheese mixture.) Bake for 30-35 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from sides of pan.
