Freeze on cookie sheet first before putting into freezer bags/containers.

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups - Bisquick mix
- 1 pounds - roll sausage 1 one lg roll
- 8 ounces - Cheddar cheese, grated
- 12 ounces - Monterey Jack cheese w/ jalapenos grated
Directions:
1- lightly brown & drain sausage. Crumble sausage and mix with Bisquick and cheese. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls.
2- Bake on cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes in 350 oven, or 20-25 minutes at 325.
Note: Can be frozen, then returned to room temperature before baking. Helps to freeze on cookie sheet first.
