Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups - Flour
- 1/3 cups - Powdered sugar
- 3/4 cups - Butter
- 3 - Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups - Sugar
- 3/4 teaspoons - Baking powder
- 4 tablespoons - Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons - Flour
Directions:
Crust: mix flour, powdered sugar, butter as if for pie crust. Pat into large cake pan & bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Top: combine ingredients. Pour over baked base & bake another 25 minutes at 350. Spread with frosting or dust with powdered sugar while still warm.
