Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/2 cups - brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons - cinnamon, ground
- 1 pinchs - salt
- 1 pounds - unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/2 cups - brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons - cinnamon, ground
- 1 pinchs - salt
Directions:
Chop the butter into approximate one inch cubes. Put all ingredients in the bowl of a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Beat at medium high speed until all ingredients are well combined and butter is lighter in color and lofty. Pipe into rosettes if desired, or use a small scoop or melon baller to portion. Portions can be individually quick frozen on a parchment lined sheet tray, then transferred to a zipper freezer bag for long term storage.
