Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 18 - chicken wings
 - 3/4 cups - flour
 - 1 tablespoons - salt
 - 1 tablespoons - paprika
 - 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
 - 12 ounces - pineapple preserves
 - 1/4 cups - prepared mustard
 - 1/4 cups - horseradish
 - 1/2 cups - extra hot catsup
 - 6 tablespoons - butter
 - 1/2 cups - sour cream
 - 1/4 cups - mayonnaise
 - 1/4 cups - dried dill weed

Directions:
Drumsticks: Make small drumsticks from chicken wings by cutting wings into 3 parts at joints. Omit the tip of the wing.
Combine the flour, salt, paprika and pepper in a plastic or paper bag. Add 2-3 drumsticks at a time and shake to coat.
Heat fat (1/4-inch deep) in skillet until a drop of water sizzles. Brown drumsticks on all sides, avoiding overcrowding. Turn with tongs so as not to pierce. When crispy and brown on each side (15-20 minutes), remove from heat.
Serve hot or chilled with one or all of the sauces.
Zippy Pineapple Sauce - In a saucepan, combine pineapple preserves, mustard, and horseradish, and heat through. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
Royal Red Sauce - In a saucepan, combine catsup and butter; heat just until blended. Makes 3/4 cup.
Creamy Dill Sauce - Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and dill weed. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour to blend flavors before serving. Makes 3/4 cup.
