Ingredients:
- 2 cans - Jackfruit
- 1 pounds - Whole Dill Pickles undrained
- 2 cloves - Garlic minced
- 1/2 cups - Chili Sauce
Directions:
Drain, rinse and slice the jackfruit, place it with all ingredients in the slow cooker. (You can leave pickles whole or cut in chunks.) Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until Jackfruit shreds easily. Using two forks shred the jackfruit and serve over cooked brown rice, millet or quinoa or on buns for sandwiches.
