Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - frozen English peas 16 oz.
  2. 1/4 cups - mayonnaise
  3. 1/4 cups - sour cream
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoons - prepared horseradish
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
  6. 2 teaspoons - dried dill weed
  7. 1/8 teaspoons - coarsely ground pepper
  8. - red cabbage leaves optional
  9. - fresh dill sprigs for garnish
  10. 1 packages - frozen English peas 16 oz.
  11. 1/4 cups - mayonnaise
  12. 1/4 cups - sour cream
  13. 1 1/2 tablespoons - prepared horseradish
  14. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
  15. 2 teaspoons - dried dill weed
  16. 1/8 teaspoons - coarsely ground pepper
  17. - red cabbage leaves optional
  18. - fresh dill sprigs for garnish

Directions:

- Cook peas according to package directions; drain and cool.

- Stir together mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients; pour over peas, stirring gently.

- Cover and chill at least 2 hours; serve in cabbage leaves. Garnish, if desired.
