Dijon Cheddar Bacon Spread

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - cream cheese
  2. 1 cups - cheddar cheese shredded
  3. 1 tablespoons - dijon mustard
  4. 3 tablespoons - bacon bits
  5. 3 tablespoons - sliced green onions
  6. - Ritz crackers

Directions:

Beat cream cheese and shredded cheese with electric mixer on medium setting until blended. Stir in mustard, bacon and 2 tbsp of onions. Transfer to serving bowl and refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Let set 30 minutes before serving in room temperature. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp onions.
