Ingredients:
- 6 whole - Eggs Hard cooked, peeled
- 4 tablespoons - Mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons - Celery Finely Chopped
- 2 teaspoons - Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoons - Parsley Finely Chopped
- 1/8 teaspoons - oregano, onion powder, few drops Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper
- 1 cans - Crab salad meat, drained
Directions:
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks.
- With fork, mash yolk with mayonaise, celery, mustard , parsley, oregano, onion powder, Worcestire sauce , salt and pepper.
- Add crab meat and mix well.
- Refill whites with yolk mixture and garnsish as desired.
