Deviled Eggs

  1. 6 - Eggs Hard Boiled
  2. 1/4 cups - Mayonnaise
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Mustard Powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - White Vinegar
  5. - Salt & Pepper To Taste
  6. - Paprika Garnish


Peel eggs & cut lengthwise.
Pop out & place boiled egg yolks in a small bowl & mash with a fork.
Add mayo, mustard powder, vinegar, salt & pepper and mix thoroughly.
Fill the empty boiled white shells with the mayo mix.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to one day before serving.
