Deviled Avocado Eggs

Ingredients:

  1. 3 - eggs hard-boiled, peeled, cut in half
  2. 1 - large avocado peeled, seeded
  3. 1 teaspoons - cilantro
  4. 3 teaspoons - lime juice
  5. 1 tablespoons - red onion chopped
  6. - pinch of salt and pepper
  7. - chili powder or paprika optional, topping

Directions:

After hard-boiling eggs, peeling them, cutting them in half, and removing the yolks, mash the avocado with the egg yolks.

Add cilantro, lime juice, red onion, and salt and pepper. Mix well.

Fill egg halves with avocado mixture, and top with a sprinkle of chili or paprika, if desired.
