Deep Dish Chicken Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - Cooked chicken Chopped
  2. 6 - Potatoes Small
  3. 1 - Onion Small
  4. 4 - Carrots Julienne
  5. 2 tablespoons - Butter
  6. 2 tablespoons - Flour
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 16 ounces - Chicken broth
  9. 1 packages - Biscuits
  10. 1/8 teaspoons - Pepper
  11. 3 cups - Cooked chicken Chopped
  12. 6 - Potatoes Small
  13. 1 - Onion Small
  14. 4 - Carrots Julienne
  15. 2 tablespoons - Butter
  16. 2 tablespoons - Flour
  17. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  18. 16 ounces - Chicken broth
  19. 1 packages - Biscuits
  20. 1/8 teaspoons - Pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. In large cover saucepan cook potatoes, carrots, onion for 15 min, drain add chicken and pour into casserole dish. In saucepan melt butter add flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add broth and cook until thickens. Pour over chicken mixture. Take biscuits and arrange on top. Brush with a little butter. Bake 45 min or until biscuits are golden.
