Dawn's Chicken Enchilada Bake

  1. 2 pounds - to 3 pounds cooked chicken shredded
  2. 3 cups - shredded cheese
  3. 1 cans - 19 oz. green chili sauce
  4. - corn tortillas


1. Empty green chili sauce in a bowl.

2. Dip corn tortillas in sauce and place single layer in the bottom of a 9-x-13-inch greased pan.

3. Spread 1/2 of chicken on top and then 1/2 of cheese.

4. Repeat the three layers.

5. Pour any left over sauce on top.

6. Bake in 350 degree oven until heated through, about 30 minutes.

For a different taste, use leftover picante chicken instead of plain chicken.
