Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - Ghee
  2. 1 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
  3. 1/4 cups - Carrot Finely Chopped
  4. 1/4 cups - French Beans Finely Chopped
  5. 1/4 cups - Cauliflower Finely Chopped
  6. - Salt To Taste
  7. 1 teaspoons - Chilli Powder
  8. 1 teaspoons - Amchur Powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Garam Masala
  10. 1 teaspoons - Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder
  11. 2 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
  12. 1 tablespoons - Ginger Crushed
  13. 1 tablespoons - Green Chillies Crushed
  14. 1/2 cups - Cheese Grated
  15. 1/2 cups - Paneer Grated
  16. 1/2 cups - Potatoes Boiled and Mashed
  17. 3 tablespoons - Besan Roasted
  18. - Ghee To Roast
  19. - Salad For Serving

Directions:

Heat ghee in a pan and roast cumin seeds, carrot, french beans and cabbage for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now cool the mixture.
Combine mixture with all the masalas, ginger, green chillies, cheese, paneer, potatoes and besan.
Make kebabs on wooden sticks and roast kebabs in ghee.

Serve with salad.
