Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - Ghee
- 1 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 cups - Carrot Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cups - French Beans Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cups - Cauliflower Finely Chopped
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 teaspoons - Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Amchur Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoons - Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder
- 2 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
- 1 tablespoons - Ginger Crushed
- 1 tablespoons - Green Chillies Crushed
- 1/2 cups - Cheese Grated
- 1/2 cups - Paneer Grated
- 1/2 cups - Potatoes Boiled and Mashed
- 3 tablespoons - Besan Roasted
- - Ghee To Roast
- - Salad For Serving
Directions:
Heat ghee in a pan and roast cumin seeds, carrot, french beans and cabbage for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now cool the mixture.
Combine mixture with all the masalas, ginger, green chillies, cheese, paneer, potatoes and besan.
Make kebabs on wooden sticks and roast kebabs in ghee.
Serve with salad.
