Dark Chocolate Keto Balls

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - almond flour
  2. 1/2 cups - dark chocolate melted
  3. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  4. - sea salt optional
  5. 1/2 cups - almond butter

Directions:

In a bowl, mix almond flour, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Create small round balls, using your hands.

Place onto a baking sheet and chill for 20 minutes or until solid.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals.

Individually dip each ball in the chocolate and place back onto the baking sheet.

Optional: sprinkle with sea salt.

Chill until chocolate is set.
