Ingredients:

  1. 3 1/2 cups - Flour
  2. 1 cups - Butter
  3. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  4. 2 whole - Eggs beaten
  5. 1/2 cups - Milk lukewarm
  6. 2 - dry yeast
  7. 2 pounds - Ricotta
  8. 3/4 cups - Sugar
  9. 4 tablespoons - Flour
  10. 1 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  11. 2 - Egg Yolks

Directions:

Melt Yeast in lukewarm Water. Mix Flour, Butter and Sugar like a crust. Add Yeast mixture and mix lightly. Put in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight. Bring to room temperature (about 1 1/2 hours). Roll into shapes.

Bake at 425F fo r 10 - 12 minutes
