Ingredients:
- 2 bunches - dandelion greens stems trimmed
- 1 - daikon radish cut in half and sliced on the bias, about 1/8-inch thick
- 4 - large shitake mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoons - safflower oil
- 2 tablespoons - tamari
- - pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat and add daikon and mushrooms; then saute for about 2-3 minutes.
Add tamari and greens; then saute for 1 more minute. Season with pepper and serve.
