Dairy Free Chocolate Biscuits

Ingredients:

  1. 100 grams - organic chocolate
  2. 100 grams - organic coconut sugar
  3. 100 grams - porridge oats (gluten-free)
  4. 2 - free range eggs
  5. 1 pinchs - baking powder
  6. 1 pinchs - Himalayan salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Mix all ingredients together quickly. Use a teaspoon to make small heaps of dough on a greased baking tray.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
