Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - Moong Dal Soaked
  2. - Salt To Taste
  3. 1/2 tablespoons - Cumin Seeds
  4. 1 tablespoons - Coriander
  5. 12 pieces - Almonds
  6. 12 pieces - Cashew
  7. 1 tablespoons - Dry Grapes
  8. 2 pieces - Green Chilies
  9. 1 cups - Water
  10. 1 tablespoons - Curd
  11. - Salt To Taste
  12. pinchs - Asafoetida
  13. - Oil To Fry
  14. - Sweet Curd
  15. - Coriander Chutney
  16. - Sweet Chutney
  17. - Chili Powder
  18. - Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder
  19. - Salt
  20. - Pomegranate Seeds
  21. - Coriander
  22. 1 cups - Urad Dal with Skin Soaked overnight

Directions:

In a mixer jar, add both dal and crush. Now whip the dal for 5 minutes.
Now add salt, cumin seeds and coriander and mix together.

In a mixer jar, add almond, cashew, dry grapes and chilies and crush together.

Now in a bowl of water, add curd, salt and asafoetida.

Now fry the bhallas. For preparing the bhalla, wet your hand with water then scoop the bhalla and fry them.
Now add the bhallas in water and soak for 15 to 20 minutes.
Now drain the water and assemble.

Add bhallas, prepare masala, curd, chutneys, chili powder, cumin powder, salt, pomegranate seeds and coriander.
