Dad's Antipasto Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces - Italian dressing
  2. 1 cups - Cherry tomatoes halved
  3. 8 1/2 ounces - Artichoke hearts drained, halved
  4. 1 cups - Mushroom sliced
  5. 1 cups - Zucchini sliced
  6. 8 ounces - Swiss cheese slices 1 package; cut in strips
  7. 1 cans - Ripe Olives drained, halved
  8. - Assorted greens

Directions:

Pour dressing over vegetables (except lettuce). Add cheese and olives. Marinate in refrigerator several hours. Drain (saving dressing).

Mix vegetables with greens. Add more of marinade as needed. Serve.
