Curried Crab Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Cooked lump crabmeat Shells and cartilage removed
  2. 6 tablespoons - Mayonnaise (real mayo)
  3. 3 tablespoons - Green onions Chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons - Lemon juice
  5. 2 teaspoons - Worestershire sauce
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Curry powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  8. - Apple slices, cherry tomatoes and/or crackers

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, 2 T green onions, lemon juice, worchestershire sauce, curry powder and salt. Serve immediately or cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
2. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and arrange on a platter with apple slices, cherry tomatoes and crackers. Top w/ remaining green onions.
