Ingredients:
- 1 - large cucumber thinly sliced (peeled or not)
- 4 - green onions and tops thinly sliced
- - juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cups - sour cream
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 1/8 teaspoons - freshly ground black pepper
- - chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
Marinate cucumbers and onions in lemon juice for 1 hour.
Drain vegetables and mix with sour cream and seasonings. Chill.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving or packing.
