Cucumber recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Plain nonfat yogurt suggest Greek
  2. 2 tablespoons - Light mayonnaise
  3. 2 teaspoons - Lemon juice
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - Dried dill week
  5. - Salt to taste
  6. - Pepper to taste
  7. 1 cloves - Garlic minced
  8. 3 cups - Cucumbers peeled, thinly sliced (about 2 large)
  9. 1/4 cups - Red Onion thinly sliced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except cucumbers and onion in large bowl. Stir in cucumbers and onions. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to blend flavor.
