Ingredients:
- 1 - Cucumber peeled, seeded, chopped
- 1 cups - Nonfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoons - Fresh mint finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoons - Ground cumin
- 1 - Cucumber peeled, seeded, chopped

Directions:
Stir all ingredients together and serve immediately. May be prepared ahead and refrigerated, covered, for up to 2 hours.
