Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Cucumber peeled, seeded, chopped
  2. 1 cups - Nonfat yogurt
  3. 1 tablespoons - Fresh mint finely chopped
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - Ground cumin
  5. 1 - Cucumber peeled, seeded, chopped
  6. 1 cups - Nonfat yogurt
  7. 1 tablespoons - Fresh mint finely chopped
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - Ground cumin

Directions:

Stir all ingredients together and serve immediately. May be prepared ahead and refrigerated, covered, for up to 2 hours.
