Crusty Carrot Croakers

Ingredients:

  1. 6 cups - grated carrots
  2. 1 cups - corn meal
  3. 1 cups - wheat germ
  4. 1/2 cups - ground sunflower seeds
  5. 1 cups - rolled oats
  6. 1 cups - whole wheat flour (or all-purpose flour)
  7. 1 tablespoons - any dried herb of your choice
  8. 3 tablespoons - molasses
  9. 4 tablespoons - oil
  10. - soup stock or water for desired consistency

Directions:

Mix together carrots, corn meal, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, oats, flour, herb, molasses and oil. Add enough soup stock or water to moisten sufficiently to make rolls with the hands.

Bake in individual corncake molds at 400 degrees F for 1 hour. Turn cakes over so that bottoms brown, too.
