Ingredients:
- 6 ounces - fat-free light yogurt
- 1/4 cups - granola
- 1 tablespoons - ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoons - chopped nuts
- - ground cinnamon to taste
- - artificial sweetener to taste
Directions:
Combine 6 oz fat-free light yogurt, ¼ c granola cereal, 1 Tbsp ground flax seed, and 1 Tbsp chopped nuts. Add ground cinnamon and/or sugar substitute to taste.
