Ingredients:
- 1 cans - tuna fish
- 1/4 cups - celery finely chopped
- 1/4 cups - green onions chopped
- 3 tablespoons - sweet red pepper chopped
- 2 tablespoons - lite mayo
- 2 - low carb tortillas
- 1 cups - shredded lettuce
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix the first five* ingredients until blended. Spread over tortillas; sprinkle with lettuce. Roll up tightly jelly-roll style.
