Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - French's French Fried Onions
  2. 2 tablespoons - Flour
  3. 4 whole - Boneless chicken breasts, abt. 5 oz.
  4. 1 whole - Egg Beaten

Directions:

CRUSH French Fried Onions w/ flour in a plastic bag.

DIP chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.

BAKE at 400 for 20 min. or 160 internal temp.
