Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - hemp seeds
  2. 1/2 cups - pumpkin seeds
  3. 1/2 cups - chia seeds
  4. 1/2 cups - sunflower seed butter (or other nut butter)
  5. 1/4 cups - cacao nibs
  6. 4 tablespoons - coconut nectar
  7. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Pulse hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds and flax seeds together in a food processor.

2. Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl and stir in sunflower butter, cacao nibs, coconut nectar and vanilla extract until mixture is evenly combined.

3. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and place into the freezer for 30 minutes before serving.
